Did Moseley not wear gloves in the 1st half but did wear them in the 2nd.

I wonder if that "Norwich are the team we have played most in the league ever" stat still stands?

My kids (13 and 15) watched it with me. They were fascinated by lots of it:

- what's that strange looking stand (mecanno stand)
- why were the shorts so short (my daughter)
- why are the shirts so tight (my daughter)
- it's very loud - is all football like that? (sadly, no)
- why does the pitch looked trashed?
- they've all got mullets and Village People moustaches (leave Gerry Ryan alone)
- that keeper's got magnet hands (take bow Graham Moseley)
- footballers dive more now don't they (my son - yes they do)
- both were dead impressed with the bleeding Steve Foster who went straight back in for a header.
- why did everyone wear brown coats?

Both really enjoyed the highlights - daughter now talking about coming to Withdean - but don't know how to break it to her that the atmos/ground will be a little different!

last thought - I once took my sister to the Goldstone. Not a football fan, but fancied seeing it. At half time I asked her if she was enjoying the game (she'd been cheering and shouting with the rest of us) "Yes" she said "But which way are Brighton playing?". There was no answering that - it wasn't always better in the old days.
