Did anyone go to watch this at Worthing tonight? According to the Official Millwall website, the score was 2-2. The first Albion goal is deccribed as "a wonder strike". Who scored it? Millwall dropped their first points of the season and their assistant manager said it was the toughest game the Reserves had played so far. Any reports?

Yep I went. Good game draw was about right. Harding got both of our goals, the first a brilliant 25 yard volley in off the post and the second good work by jake robinson on the right who crossed for mark windsor whose shot was blocked and harding followed up to score from just inside the area. Watto looked solid on his comeback, and the youngsters all looked comfortable against a good millwall side. Marney was the only one who had a dodgy game and he conceded the pen.

Flitney 6
Watto 6
Fillery 6
Breach 6
Virgo 7
El-Abd 7
Marney 5
Harding 8
Robinson 8
Windsor 7
Piercy 6

Dan Harding scored both our goals. The first was a brilliant volley from 30 yards, the second came after a good run and cross by Jakey.

Draw was a fair result. Of the 12 outfield players we used, 7 are current scholars and 3 more came through the youth team. 1 of the exceptions - Paul Watson - was also born in Sussex.

As was Piercey - the other exception - I believe
