All about Piercy and his thoughts on the next game, but down the bootm its all about a different day out at the swimming pool for some different training and change of scenery.

Sounds like a splash!

I think the lads will be buoyed by their success last week. The tide is turning, and we'll keep our promotion hopes afloat with a win on Saturday.

I very much hope they warned the innocent public before Butters emerged from the changing rooms in his speedos.

To be honest many of the Albion players naked would give me the shivers.

Imagine Mayo, all that ginger body hair...

I do like the idea of sending them on a South African style boot camp though. Instead of playing God Save The Queen at loud volume they could play tapes of the Palace game commentary...

Believe it or not, this swimming part of the story is quite significant.

The Health & Racquets Club were one of the most vociferous opponents of the Falmer Stadium. Thankfully, they have now dropped all of their objections, hence the Albion players being allowed in there, and for the club to do a piece on it.

Hope they pieced in their pool then.

Left a floater more like, and a soggy plaster in the bottom of the pool.

maybe the could tie bricks to lee and pitchers feet, well its one way to lower the wage bill

Wouldn't work - you'd just get a bunch of schoolkids in pyjamas diving in to retrieve the bricks

The Seagulls World footage was funny. Leon Knight wouldn't go in - it was to cold for him.

I saw that aswell, Thought it was quite funny. Have you seen today's the got Yates talking and someone throws/kicks a ball at him, then Mayo comes up to him and throws a ball at the back of he's head
