Well you seem to be perpetuating your ignorance of the reality of Brighton property prices and associated issues that a few people called you up on in another thread, or maybe earlier in this thread. Brighton is particularly special in that regard.
Eh? I'm the one who has a really good knowledge of Brighton property prices (having only remortgaged last week). And, as I said, it only took a few seconds to find property to back up my knowledge. There were other people who appeared to be ignorant.
And it's nonsense to say that only in Brighton will young people find it hard to get on the property ladder. There was a report out just a week ago saying that by 2025 most people under 40 will be living in rented accommodation.
There was a follow-up piece in the Guardian asking for people's experiences. Many wrote in and look at the addresses - it's a countrywide problem
