I don't mean champions league as were just not going to get there but pre-season?, instead of f***ing Crawley or Havant ( just a thought as it would be nice )

Once upon a time we used to play Real Madrid , Manchester Utd, Liverpool, Steaua Bucharest, in our pre-season friendlies!

All previous European champions:p

Brighton playing in Euorpe would be a dream come true. It would be top stuff going across Europe to watch them. Might have to wait a while though.

Agree with the Le Havre comments. Was not impressed, yet
across the river is the stunningly beautiful Honfleur.

Watching Brighton play in a European league/cup game however unlikely would surely be the pinnacle of supporting the Albion. Imagine travelling amongst a couple of thousand Brighton fans across Europe drinking in a foreign plaza a few hours before a big game with big f***-off Brighton flags draped around the square in a warm autumn evening, now that would be a bit special.

Sporting Lisbon away would be a pleasant trip. Afternoon in the sun down at Cascais then jump on the rattler to the ground. I can't help think that it would mean a lot more to us than these Prem Tossers who treat the Europa League it with complete disdain; as they do the FA Cup.
Still, the prem is the promised land where just surviving even by playing negative football is what matters. Even giving 3 points to a big club is seen as normal in the quest to finish 4th from bottom.
