An English tourist at the beach the other day tapped me on my shoulder when he overheard me talking to my kids, got talking and asked where I was from, he turned out to be a Palace fan and he then tried to be funny about our current predicaments, I kept it cordial, but when he asked which way Newport Beach was, I sent him 10 miles the opposite way, all the while waving and smiling...
