3 coats of gloss and 2 coats of lacquer over a squad that would struggle to make the playoffs in the championship on this seasons performances. If we survive, it will be because Cardiff are worse, which they possibly are. But we'll go down next season if there aren't some significant changes

Well yes, we are utter shit and very close to relegation now.

And re: your other post about judging it after 38 games, you’re exactly right, and doing that, we’re still utter shit. We have been really poor the majority of the season. The cup run and double over Palace have really glossed over that.

Fair enough. Even after it was turned down and play had gone on, Propper was still convinced it was.

He was having such a nightmare game that he was almost certainly clutching at straws, it was definitely not a penalty.

Opposing player didn't touch him, let alone anything else, really don't know whether he was embarrassed by falling over his own feet and therefore claimed.

The crowd was ****ing awful. Moaning and groaning. At least if we play bad people should try and make a positive atmosphere to drive the team on.

Oh right, let's all smile and have a jolly good day, paying a small fortune and gearing our weekends to a Brighton game, even if they do play like Sompting thirds. You've hit the nail on the head there.

That's the Hughton effect imho. I think defensively we're fine, also defensive midfield element is ok.... It's offensive midfield and attack that seems to be so often lackluster, putting it out to a winger to simply cross one in, is 1980's tactics..... When you watch teams that do the high press well or have mastered the diamond (that Brendon Rogers does so well) you see how tactically behind our offensive play often is. Just can't see us ever being a high pressing or expansive team under Chris, it's not his DNA.

The reason we are ok defensively is because we do not attack. At 0-1 today Murray was the only man in their half whilst we kept a disciplined 2 banks of 4. Crap tactics.

Summed up brilliantly. Propper was outclassed by Stains midfield from start to finish - strength, pace, battling qualities, positional sense, creativity, instantly passing to team mate in an advanced position. They had that in bucket loads, Propper was embarrassed.

Brighton and Cardiff have stunk the PL out. Both deserve Championship football.

That's because the football was ****ing awful. The worst Ive seen us play for a long time in arguably the most important game for a long time. Shocking.
