Ferdi has been out of action for over 7 months now, and still no sign of him returning to main squad training (unless I’ve missed some content on the club YouTube). Hate to be negative, but I can’t see him being anywhere near match fitness by the start of next season.

We can all pick at “could’ve, would’ve, should’ve” but I was fully expecting a cross from that position, so can’t honestly find a lot of fault with our players thinking the same.
