Big Bob won't be happy with that. Deflection may have put him off but it was there to be saved. Edit...bounce made it difficult....Shame after a great start.

Radio 5 - "They're not even celebrating the goal they know they've been so bad". We've had all the ball according to the commentary, been keeping it and passing it beautifully - yet the BBC website gives Chelsea 56% of the possession!

Oh well, here we go again - win the game but lose on the technicality of number of goals scored .........................

Sanchez got his hand there, but it bounced just in front of him.

With the pace on the ball and the precision, it would've been tough to keep out regardless.

It’s so predictable it’s not funny.

Yes harsh to blame the keeper I’d be looking far more on how much time Ziyech had to measure his shot, the defensive system slipped there

No HS, he’ll be disappointed with that. Should have saved. Quality strike though, low hard and right in the corner. We don’t have enough such speculative efforts that really test the opposite keeper. Far too many straight at.

Ziyech is stepping up his influence on this game

Indeed - it's been fabulous week-after-week. And it's not as though we're not in it. Such a different feeling.

Knowing the strength is depth is there is so reassuring too. Dunk, Maupay, Trossard, Lallana and Biss all out tonight
