My maths teacher’s brother used to play for Blackpool. Gordon Skirton at Worthing High School late 1960s. His brother Alan Skirton played for Blackpool.
And although it was a Rugby School, there was an annual staff vs boys football match. Gordon Skirton had a hell of a shot in him, as did Jock Hodgson, another maths teacher, who had allegedly had a trial for Rangers..... or possibly Celtic.

Yes he is. Just needs to relax a little, he’s actually making some really good runs and never stops moving.

He’s the definition of raw but I can see why Potter and the coaches like him.
