I bet it is fun at Carrow Road.

Not a great half, new players still gelling I suppose. 4-5-1 at home is fine as long as the players can play that system, it doesn't seem to be working at the moment so there is a case for reverting to 4-4-2 which all the players would have been playing since childhood.

....but then I'm at home listening to an internet commentry, and RS is an experienced professional manager, so what do I know

sounds good to me you have got the job...........lol

Sounds like a team that have 6 debutants in it to be honest and an unlucky own goal. Dicker should come on for Crofts Forster for Navarro and 4-4-2. But has said earlier RS is the pro manager not me!

I think Tunnicliffe will come on in the 2nd half to unleash some long throw ins.

Seems to me we're struggling down the wings not down the muiddle so why take out both Crofts and Navarro. RS will be looking at whether Wright and Whing can deal with the wingers. Navarro off for Forster for first ten minutes and then view again.

Too many new players to expect us to gel quickly, gonna be at least two months before we see if this team is capable of avoiding another relegation scrap imo. 1st day results mean nothing and anyone expecting Norwich and Swindon to be propping up the table at Christmas are likely to be disappointed

Fair point, I just think Dicker is much better on the ball than Navarro or Crofts and we need someone to get hold of it and use it well. May be Dicker for Navarro and then play Thornhill closer to Dickinson Wright and Cox on the wings.

I would play 1-1-9 with Dickinson at the back. But like others have said, Slaide is the pro manager, what do I know.

I think you'd be an EXCELLENT manager in the Turkish league. I'd support you!

Remember we won 1st day last season........We thought we were BLOODY GOOD.... then won in the cup, beat Souuufend then it all went tits up......

Obviously score at mo is not ideal, but lets see what the 2nd half brings..

carnt some of you get a life and do something positive on sat afternoons instead of spending all your time on here giving silly ball by ball commentry on a football match...

What exactly did you expect to find on a Brighton vs Walsall match thread? I suppose we could get some spelling practice in instead :lolol:
