Anyone saying Owusu has not been watching closely enough.

My heart says Gary Hart, but my head says ............ Gary Hart too.

What a difference he has made. I am gutted he won't be out there on Saturday.

Much as it was nice to see Hart have some sensational performances, over the whole month there really is no other option in my mind than Owusu - his goalscoring recrd hasbeen sensational and he has been instrumental in turning a hopeless side into a team capable of surviving.

On a side note, I like Murray, but it's pretty unbelievable that he is top of this poll despite only having one really sustained spell of form over the season and missing for a good deal of it.

Who (apart from RS) has made the difference between a team that lost nearly every week and a team that started winning nearly every week? It has to be OGH. By the same token, you could make a case for Doug Loft, but Harty gets it because of the number of goals he's laid on, and his obvious class compared to most of the rest. Owusu comes a good third.

Just shows that no player has been consistently good, Murray won two or three times I think?
