Once Mr Poyet finds the 1 or 15 players he needs for his squad we will be fine!!!

I do not think he will panic and bring in loads of loanees over January but i do think he will bring in a signifcant one just like Dicker was last season.

I like his style, calm and calculated and given time I think we have a real gem of a manager.....

Totally agree, I have total faith in Poyet to really start to turning things around. But as already mentioned above it is going to take time, that is the problem with changing manager every few months.
