Most of H block were abusing Dowie all game. Didn't see anyone get told to stop etc. I sit in row B and I was giving it the large as much as anyone.

True and the singing kept going most of the time.

I was in H block, Lots of us stood for some fairly long periods with out being told to sit down by the stewards. I've not been to many games lately but I thought they were more lenient than they hve been in the past. I assumed that they left us alone when they realised that the Palace were going to stand the all game.

In all honestly me and brother walked away from the game in H Block convinced that Iain Dowie would get done for crowd incitement.

I've never seen a professional football manager guesture towards a home crowd in such a manner. I seen the odd finger from a sub and the like, but I thought Dowie was better than that.

Firstly turning towards the Brighton crowd and celebrating the equaliser and the bizarre knodding thing he was doing after he second.

I've met Iain Dowie (which is more than most of the Palace supporters on here can claim) and he was a nice intelligent guy. I kind of understand his antics now with all the abuse he was getting which I didn't realise was happening. I think he should be careful though, his reactions warranted a touchline ban, irrespective of the provocation.

There was a lot of swearing on the TV coverage in the first 20 mins or so - you could clearly hear someone call Freeman "a gypsy twat" after about 5 mins...

I still give a child-like snigger to myself every time I think of the "Andy Steggal, is a wanker, is a wanker" clear as a bell on Meridian

They didn't catch the guy. He moved a few rows back when the tosspot stewards came in to eject him. To be honest the stewards couldn't find their way out of a paper bag let alone find an innocent person trying to get the crowd going. I know the guy involved and the steward just have it in for him, they think by wearing a blue coat they are kind of important, I guess it makes a change from having to queue up in the post office to cash your giro for yourself and your dog on a rope. They are utter twats and have nothing else better to do. They were also waiting at the exit gates to nab him, missed him again. Dowie complained to the fourth official about the abuse, but was quite happy to dish it out as mentioned above. It wasn't the guy who was under suspicion who said anything but it came from D block.

That's the guy that was written to by Mr. Perry I believe with a final warning. All centres round him standing up when he leads the singing there.

He's also the one with the liberated Palace Bromley Branch flag you see occassionally.

That may well be his number up in the clubs eyes.

Ridiculous.

Dowie claimed he was pelted with coins after the game. Was in yesterdays daily mail. Is he just making it up like prossa did?!

We walk from H block on the track and didn't see anything or walk over any coins on the track and we were one of the last ones out.
