Just to be pedantic, on the financial stability objectives part of the questionnaire you've put yes to teams in general & no to 'my team'.

"One of the objectives is for financial stability - do you believe this has been achieved?" - The objective of what?

Also a price cap does already exist for away games, could be worth including this in the questions in some form.
