Brighton Curry Houses

We're making one of our rare trips into Brighton next weekend and looking for a decent Curry House in town for the evening. The Good Curry Guide suggests the Bayleaf in Western Road is one of the best. Any comments or other suggestions?

If you can get to Shoreham the Cottage Tandoori is superb.

Its Hove thats H-O-V-E now you come along the coast road past Newhaven , Peacehaven
Saltdean Rottingdean then Brighton you will be getting a bit nervous now keep going then, when you get to H-O-V-E turn right
up Grand Avenue a quick left in to New Church Road and Ganges is on your right before the town hall opposite Gamleys..........bright lights big city Dougie..... treat yourself.

The Shahi is better than the Bayleaf. Shahi is trad, Bayleaf is a bit 'nouvelle cuisine' imho
