If the worst (football wise) happens today, then all I ask is that we gave it our best shot. If we don't turn up, then it proves there is no fight in our team. If you can't get motivated to give 100% today, you never will.

This is correct.

Anyone seen not giving 110% today might as well be sold ASAP because their heart ain't at brighton.

As long as the heads don't drop like they did last season then I won't be too disappointed.

All negativity will be banished today Mr Soprano, The boys WILL do the business today. Everyone was moaning about how shite we are losing and drawing to bottom of the table sides, look at Barnsley, they just followed up their win against us with a victory against Watford. And before that, Bristol City drew with us then beat Middlesborough 2-0.
COME ON YOU SUPER SEAGULLS

This day is called match day:
He that outlives this day and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when this day is named,
And rouse him at the name of The Albion.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say, 'To-morrow is That games anniversary:'
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars,
And say, 'These wounds I had on That day.'
Old men forget: yet all shall be forgot,
But he'll remember with advantages
What feats he did that day. Then shall our names,
Familiar in his mouth as household words,
Gus, Greer, Ulloa and Bridcutt
Be in their flowing cups freshly remembered.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And This match day shall ne'er go by,
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be rememberèd;
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile
This day shall gentle his condition:
And gentlemen in England, now a-bed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon this day

I am feeling apprehensive and fearful. One way or another there is going to be a massive mood swing today.
