Right we've had far too much excitement over the last four years so next season I want:

League: Nice, comfortable campaign ending with mid-table mediocrity. Season over by Easter will suit me fine. Spend the rest of the season watching the stadium being built at Falmer

FA Cup: 3rd Round: 'day out' victory over some friendly bunch of no-hopers - Orient perhaps. 4th Round: a spot of 'giant killing' over some struggling Premiership Club, ideally Palace. (Although if it is Palace 'giant killing' is probably the wrong word, more like the mercy killing of an obese, syphilitic drunkard.) 5th Round: glorious defeat at somewhere like Anfield or Old Trafford.

League Cup: Well, win it I suppose. After all we're a club used to winning trophies now!

If Mcghee so much as threatens to do something special next year I shall pack up watching. I cannot face another season full of rollercoaster rides, away trips, last minute goals, excitement, near desperation and finally agony/ecstacy.

For the love of God let us have just one season of normality. You know, nothing dangerous, nothing exciting nothing ,........well just nothing. Falmer will do and that is that.

Mid table mediocrity here we come!

A cup run would be nice though. And it won't come in the LDV!
