Utterly mental. It would appear that it's all due to the owner wanting to implement the continental approach to their set up (head coach, director of blah blah blah) and Warburton disagreeing with it.
Now, I actually don't think that approach is the horrific notion that most do and it's the owners perogative to implement it if he wishes, however, it would surely make much more sense to do so at the next natural change of manager? To do it whilst the club is enjoying success is baffling.
