That advert is spot on. I work for HSBC (thankfully leaving soon) and that advert sums up their attitude towards customers. Cocks.

I used to work for NatWest and this advert makes me smile as it is actually telling the customer how it is in every bank.. and probably the same attitude is found in Nationwide itself but they obviously aren't going to bang on about that are they.
