In an immediate and overwhelmingly popular response to this severe weather warning UKIP have announced their Weather Referendum policy. In a statement issued during a visit to a poor council estate populated with out if work plumbers Nigel Farage issued this statement:
"Look, it's not that we want to ban all foreign weather from coming here it's that our traditional British drizzle is being displaced by this more severe weather from abroad. Lots of these weather systems have destroyed lives and ruined communities in their country of origin and we have just opened the floodgates, literally , with little or no background checks. Yet again it's one rule for sub equatorial weather systems with a subsidiary wind stream and another for under appreciated good old British drizzle. And I'm bringing back crabsticks".
Farage then dribbled a pint of Courage down his tits forgetting he has no chin.
