Whing needs to get some games under his belt to get his sharpness back, I see no point in dropping him now he's back.
Would be inclined to stick Whing at LB in place of bomber, and bring in Hoyte at RB

I'm really not sure keeping playing Whing is the best idea. Bring him back for Saturday by all means, but to play him again against a really good team 3 days after being given the run around by another quality side is asking for trouble
