One obviously shouldn't read too much into this first game but the early signs are very encouraging.

Nash is good.
Mills looks a real handful.
Beer is good at T20 (bowling and batting) and seems generally to be coming on.
Finch and Brown look to be about where you'd want them.
Wright, Yardy, Joyce and Jordan we know about and can trust.
Mags will do his stuff.
Jayawardene should be all right.
Shahzad is talented and much is expected of him

Zaidi, Liddle, Hatchett, Piolet and Hobden are still less proven but have great potential. Anyon, Machan and Wells are more solid prospects depending on form and fitness.

Prior and Jackson we are unlikely to see much of in the first team for different reasons.
