Boost to local economy

Were any projections ever done to show how much of a boost to the local economy would be provided by the opening of our magnificent new Stadium?
And, in view of better than anticipated attendances, were the projected figures under-estimated?

Would expect so.

What would make interesting reading is if LDC also had projections on the boost to the Lewes economy, especially as they were getting the stadium 'for free'.
