Decent appointment. Took a mid-table second division club to within three games of the Premiership.

Has got decent contacts and should help us get back up to division one. Whether he will be the one to lead us out at Falmer is another question entirely.

Also we managed to maintain our position on the moral high ground by not poaching anohter club's manager.
