Sounds like with these tap-ins we're scoring, we are actually getting in the six yard box, which can't be a bad thing

Albion v Bognor latest: 4-0 Loft scores
By Tom Gurney

Andrew Whing made his first start since joining Albion on a permanent basis in tonight's friendly at Bognor.

The summer signing missed the opening friendly win at Worthing on Saturday due to a virus but lined-up at right-back at Nyewood Lane.

Nicky Forster, who played the second half at Worthing, began up front alongside the other goalscorer in Saturday's 2-1 victory, Nathan Elder.

There was still no place for Adam El-Abd, Adam Hinshelwood and Gary Hart who are suffering from minor knocks and strains.

Guy Butters broke the deadlock on 28 minutes with a downward header from eight yards from a Dean Cox free-kick.

It became 2-0 a minute before the interval when Elder scored with a tap-in after Forster's shot had been saved.

Albion began the second half as they ended the first - with a goal. Forster made it 3-0 four minutes into the restart with a volley from Jake Robinson's cross.

Doug Loft added a fourth with a long-range strike in the last minute.

Albion: Kuipers, Whing, Rents, Fraser, Butters, Lynch, Robinson, Cox, Forster, Elder, Hammond.

Subs: Reid, Mayo, Elphick, Cobbs, Revell, Loft, Savage, Winterton, Gatting, Chamberlain, Oatway, Skinner, Gargan.

Bognor: Stoner, Ray, Knee, Greatwich, Breach, Moundi, Wallis-Taylor, Birmingham, Beck, Nightingale, Johnson.
