Good move for him, always been a confidence player and being in and out of the West Ham side last season or so hasn't helped him.

Needs to have a run in the side and sure he will perform, but last chance saloon for him i guess in the way of prem football. Needs to suceed this season otherwise could slip down to Championship level.

Hope he does slip down to Championship level and when we get promoted he sees sense and comes home :albion2:

I think that Bobby would be a better buy than Eidur. Firstly there is the wage issue for Fulham. Eidur is getting on a bit. Bobby probably has 6 years left in him to Eidur's 3. Also as has been mentioned Bobby is a confidence player and I think given a run in the team he can score goals.

I reckon Bobby will come back to play for the Albion at some stage. Good signing for him and Fulham.

I thought this was a bizarre move for Bobby because Fulham aren't really short on strikers. Their problem has generally been a poor defence, they have a decent strike force and midfield that like to attack, so if Bobby can't improve his form he'll be seeing more bench time this season.
