Pretty Guarenteed to get first team football at Fulham though which is good for him. Hopefully he will do well for them.

Abort, retry, fail
Off to see Fulham vs Celtic on 19th, so that is a bonus. Sitting in with the Celtic lot, so have been told to avoid talking about Virgo.

I would rather take a pay cut and have more of a chance of playing regular football than sitting on the bench or playing for the stiffs in East London. Not many people can say they played for their club they support at the highest level, so at least he has been able to do that.

quote as he signs the contract ..................."I have always loved fulham, ever since I was a boy growing up locally. It will be an honour to wear the shirt (and to pick up the signing on fee)":lolol:

From hero and legend to journeyman but yes, good luck

Radio said West Ham have give permission for Fulham to talk to him, is his mate Konchesky still playing for them, if he gets regular football he will do well there.

I think that is a good move for him, pretty sure that Brian McBride has headed back to the States so he should be able to slot straight into the team...good luck to him!

Likewise, I have never really liked Fulham (but have a degree of admiration for the way they fought to avoid the drop)...but almost anywhere is preferable to Reading.

My local club is Southend these days and they have Fulham in a friendly in a few weeks so I will deffo go along to watch BZ destroy the prawns at fruits hall.

Good move for him I reckon and West Ham at least gave him the opportunity to play unlike Spurs.

Jesus, Bob racked up 130 games for West Sham. Didn't realise that.
