I liked the part where we were supposed to feel sorry for the ex-BNP bloke because they were saying nasty things about him.

"I joined this party of neonazi thugs in good faith, and now I find my good racist name being dragged through the mud!" :lolol:

The BBC wouldn't be airing a programme based on a biased agenda. Its on BBC One because the BNP and Nick Griffin are an issue affecting British Society at the moment.

Funny that isn't it.....The (lefty run) BBC running a programme so biased to their own views..........not again surely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Abort, retry, fail
I spotted a flier from the BNP championing Enoch Powell and the Rivers of Blood speech.

I love the way they latch onto various prominent figures, normally those that have departed and can't distance themselves.

I reckon, the average BNP voter won't have heard of Enoch Powell. The closest they get would be "Enoch me out, but I came round and knocked him out".

BNP will never realistically win any power in the UK. They make the Green Party look influencial.

However it is important that these kinds of parties exist because extreme views are not always wrong and ethics of the time are not always right. It is vital that all views are represented in parliament be it right or wrong. Many people regardless of political orientation will agree with some of the arguments that the BNP raise that no other party dare to. Then again this can be said of any ideas outside of the centre of the political spectrum.

The BBC are wrong to scrutinise the BNP for being racist or corrupt, all political parties are prejudiced and corrupt in one way or another. I see this as a geriatric reaction to the question time PR disaster.

I kind of agree with you. May be Panaroma should have a dig around Lab, Con, Lib finances too, because they are all on the bloody fiddle. I think many people might be surprised.

Lefty run? Not sure about that. Run by a bunch of former Oxbridge toffs who went to uni with 'Dave' and 'George'. The BNP have been shown for what they are many a time now. If anything this programme is redundant due to the BNP being such a small, insignificant party.

TCB in 'talking like a bell-end' shocker.

Point about that programme was that it made some allegations, interviewed some concerned ex-members, and told us it was being investigated by the Met. Oh, and Griffin comes on with a Rivers of Paranoia statement and runs away. Apart from that, there wasn't a huge amount of substance to it.

I'm sorry but that is tosh. As a license fee payer I am DELIGHTED that they are spending money on educating the country about the BNP. If only one person decides not to vote for them off the back of it, then job done.

I'd never vote for them and don't agree with them, but bearing in mind the absolute joke outfit that runs our council we are in no position to be political snobs.

I agree with your assessment of the current incumbents, however as far as the BNP are concerned it is fair game as they beyond abhorrent and this should be highlighted.

Yeah, I didn't watch it because I thought it would tell me nothing that we don't already know. Given the state of the country I thought it was a waste of TV time to run yet another expose of Britain's favourite political pantomime villians.

I watched Channel 4 (I think it was). Quite an interesting programme on waste and Britain's recycling and how shit most of the methods are.

the irony of the bnp is that they only exist because of the alarming influence that political correctness that exists in this country. A generation before this, they would have been stamped on and stamped out and nobody would have even batted an eyelid. Now they exist to contradict all that political correctness stands for. I hate the PC brigade and they are partly why this country is so laden with beurocracy and red tape. They need to get some perspective.

If people are voting for the BNP not because they are racist, then a BBC programme is never going to be enough to educate that person.
