Yes b/w... missed the first 15 mins, but was COMPELLED to watch the rest. Some scary mind screwing stuff there... nice trick to light a fag though by one of the 'Circus Folk'

I beleive it was banned because they used proper 'freaks'. There is no make up in this film.
