Back to the point. Its been 12 months now of crap trading conditions and it only seems to get worse and worse wand worse. You will see a swathe of estate agents, brokers, surveyors, conveyancers and anyone involved in making a living from property transactions folding all across the county. It has gone on too long now and it looks like it has no end in sight, certainly not for 3 years at least.

Still as I said, you are enjoying a years holiday , all paid for and a huge lump sum in your bank account which you keep telling us ever day so why should you fecking care Tim.

I' tell you what in the early 90's I nearly bought a cottage in Pudding Cake Lane !!! Today I am walking into town to buy Orient and Derby tickets and then off to observe at the court, then home to look after junior and watch the racing whilst the mrs does her voluntary work

GG all I have ever said is that I got about (just over) a years salary - but you don't know how much I earned nor my outgoings!!!

I could have been on the minimum wage for all you know!!!

Don't flatter yourself sunshine, I have been around along time, seen people like you come and go, and get what they deserve in life.

One minute you come across as, "Hove Born & Bred" is just a vehicle you use on NSC, but you only use that when others have beaten you down in a debate, then you say it is not the real you, admittedly I don't know you personally, (however I do know others that do) and in all honesty i have no desire to either, as it is my belief that the person you portray via "Hove Born & Bred" IS the real you, and i find that person very objectionable and obnoxious, you will get your come-uppence in life, people like you, always do.

As i have told you before, you go out of your way to start threads / post's to incite people to react on here, in many ways you destroy others enjoyment on the board, but i guess that is like you are in real life, "Bitter"

I really don't know why I am saying this, but it is your wife and kid/s that i feel sorry for, we can ignore you, they unfortunatly can't !
