Just drove past there to Chailey and a pickup van had careered into it taking down all the front roofing section and the front wall.

it is such an old building with pillars holding up a section of the roof which is now smashed to pieces.

temporary lights are there now.

In the 90’s/early 00’s, the food there was gorgeous. An older couple owned it, they struck gold with a fantastic chef. Many a great Saturday evening spent in The Blacksmith Arms.
