Just found out that the club have taken the 10 loyalty points back for the Blackburn game …you would have thought after spending £100 to get up there and not actually seeing a game they may have allowed us to keep the 10 points as a little thanks you along with ‘free pie & pint offer’ #barberout

When Wrexham away was postponed, they said if you couldn't make it, you'd still keep the 10 loyalist points even if you returned your ticket.

I have had three emails from Paul Barber today on a separate issue, and all were polite and well thought out. It could be a computer system issue rather than a deliberate attempt by the club to deprive you (and me) of loyalty points.
