He could thrive playing alongside a disciplined and experienced cdm, kayal is good but we could do better, Stephens is crap and Propper is more of an attacking midfielder imo.

With our current style he is learning the art of defending which can only add to his around game. Couple of times yesterday he took players out of the game in attack by just being positive in possession.
He will make mistakes but just be patient he is a rough diamond but shows encouraging signs of excellence.

He’s class.

I’ve said for a while I would start him every single match he’s available and accept he will make the odd mistake because of his age and adventurous nature on the pitch. I just think the positives he bring to the team more than make up for any current short comings.

We haven’t got another player that can do what he can on the ball. Ridiculous talent.
