I have to admit my ignorance and say I do not really know what Party Rings are. I bow to your superior knowledge and admit my incomplete grasp of biscuits. I only deserved 7/8.

I just googled it to check, and I guessed right - they're those mixed coloured things (some yellow, some purple, etc etc) that kids have at parties. Single layer.

I find the notion of someone not recognising party rings offensive on a primal level.

They were the only reason I wanted to go to birthday parties as a child, sod the games, party rings were where the cool kids went. And me.
