Birmingham game: Loyalty Points

Hi,

Hoping I could get some help here since the ticket office is closed for now. Tickets for the Birmingham have just been put on sale, and while they are advertised as being open for all, they are listed as requiring 10 Loyalty Points on the ticket website.

Is this correct? I was hoping to get tickets for my brother and Dad for this game, but while the latter has a fan number, he doesn't have any points.

Any help would be appreciated - cheers.

They are open to those with 10 loyalty points or more until 5pm on Monday, after that cut-off point you can purchase.
