Big F$#k up on new season tickets

Just had a call from a friend who recently purchased 4 season tickets in the east upper, he paid £1700 up front. He's just received a call from the club, the seats allocated to him don't exist

Here we go again , it happened to 10 of us in the north last year due to the size of the screen. We only found out 2 weeks before the start of the season.

Can't see that happening, but I agree they need to go out of their way to sorting this out

That is unfortunate - Considering there have been circa 22k tickets, I'm pleased there have not been more reported stories.
