return from 100/30 and 3/1 is calculated as 130/30 x 4/1 x stake (£1 returns £17.33)

It is, as has been reasonably demonstrated here, a decent "teaser" for the average punter.
Only because 20/21 is a ridiculous answer. Never seen John McCririck tic-tac'ing that one on the Racing Line... 'on the shoulders' 'double carpet' etc...
