It's absolutely dire. Typical that they launch new software right before the start of the new season - it doesn't look as though they've finsihed it properly and rushed something out too soon.

So slow it's unbearable. Have sent email to them to complain.

yep I select the leasgues then hit Create Coupon and it loads....and loads....and never gets there. I'm gonna mail em TOO!

I sent 'em this:

Hi, I am having major problems trying to create a betting slip from the new & supposedly improved Bet365 site. I select the Soccer leagues I want then hit Create Coupon but all I get is the constant loading and loading and aloading but it never gets anywhere. Eventually it times out and I have been trying this since 10am this morning.
I am not impressed that you chose to change things right around at the start of the domestic football season, you had all summer yet when its most important (to me at least) it all gets screwed up.
There is nothing wrong my end, everything else works fine and i'm on a 2gig broadband line, if I fail to get any bets in before 3pm today I shall be demanding something in return or I shall be forced to go elsewhere for my weekend betting.

Here is their reply to my moaning email (it seems the problem is now fixed)
