Germany to draw against Equador.

If they win their group they'll play the Argies in the QF but if they come second they'll play an England side still looking for form, a Portugese side that doesn't look too good either and probably Brazil or Spain in the SF.

I'm sure that Klinsmann's been looking at how the groups are playing out and he must fancy that side of the draw as being the best chance for Germany getting to the final.

What's more, we're out there next weekend so does anybody know where I can get some old WW2 helmets and an inflatable spitfire or two?

But how will they know they will play us if they win the group? We might lose to Sweden.

The bet of the tournament is England and Sweden to draw.

also Ladbrokes are offering 14-1 on both the following:

Sweden to lead at Half Time - Draw at full time
England to lead at Half Time - Draw at full time

What are the odds on Portugal v Mexico (maybe I will need 0-0) and double this up with perhaps Sweden v England (depending on the German result). France to beat Togo but the odds will be too short?

England will no concede a goal from open play in the tournement, so both bets are pointless!

8/1 is a bit short to back, but should be done!

We've been a bit light in 1-1s so far - first one came at the weekend (and, like waiting for a bus, the next one came almost immediately).

From the England game into the 2nd round - look at the 1-1s for value.

Draws are always a good bet in the last group games. Especially when you get teams like England and Sweden playing each other who have both qualified.
