Tis the time for fun and frivolity so I think it best we regale stories of seasons past when a little too much mulled wine was taken.

I was once arrested for assaulting a police officer with a 25LB turkey on the way home from our xmas bash. ( one of our directors was connected with North farm in Findon and we got a free one every year )

I was later released because one of the officers said it would have been nigh on impossible to have kept a straight face when reading out the charges.

A few years ago I was working for an absolute wanker who hadn't put anything on for us at Christmas so we took £300 out of petty cash and 4 of us went to the local pub at dinner time, leaving one of the lorry drivers in charge of the yard. By 6 in the afternoon we'd done the lot on drink alone and been round the optics twice. All this time later I still can't even sniff a liqueur or and Archers type drink without reaching.
