Got to be Uncle Sams.
I haven't lived in Brighton for ages but Uncle Sams was always the best, I went to one in Eastbourne recently and it wasn't a patch on the original US in Oriental Place.

Had one from there on Thursday night. It was great. Cheap, fast delivery and tasted amazing. Had one I'd not tried before, a Zara Lebu. Mrs liked it as well as they have a great variety for vegetarians too.
