In a recent survey of EPL grounds, we came bottom, because TheAmex is situated 5 miles from the city centre, thus causing problems people for getting home if they use public transport. This could explain why we have so many early leavers ?

Surely only about 3.5 miles?

I agree with this. I think it needs to be no stopping until town centre though, as there are other buses to serve London Road/Lewes Road.
The further they go, the longer they take to get back and shift more people. Pretty easy to get to most of town from The Level onwards, bearing in mind you can change buses. Or non-stop to St Peter’s Church. Turning round might be the issue.

In this one We came 16th. It praised the travel voucher but said the distance from city centre meant relying on club food/drink (and criticised lack of pre fanzone shelter etc).

Going down Lewes Road as far as the Vogue Gyratory, dropping off, then looping back up Lewes Road would solve many of the issue you highlight

You could loop round at the south end of the level, go back round it and back up Lewes road

Coach travellers are already paying to not be in the congestion and make it worse for everyone already.

Theyare also contributing in keeping the club travel subsidiary at the level it is without actually benefiting from it already.

I used to love the Goldstone Ground. One of the best things about it was that you could exit it quickly and get away.

The current situation at the Amex is problematic.
So did I and I used to park in Onslow Road. But it's a controlled parking area now, so you are harking back to a time that no longer exists.
