Best Sim Free Mobile on a budget

I'm with '3' on the cheapest contract in Christendom. I pay £5 a month for 900 minutes/texts 5000 3to3 minutes and plenty of internet. It came about because my loyalty discount has been applied 3 times rather than once. I'm not complaining !

Most helpful attendants in Mobile stores say it's best to just buy a new phone, the contract I have is the cheapest they've ever known.

I don't mind spending £150 on a new bottom end smart phone, I'm just interested in:

Easy net connection and integration, decent proccessor, and a good quality camera (obviously not top-end at that price but one that takes decent snaps).

I don't need a phone that makes me a cup of tea and drives me to work.

Would anyone have any suggestions (second hand is fine too)

Google Nexus 4? Not sure what they retail at though.

Galaxy Ace is a pretty good entry level phone.
