Barely 'in advance', I would imagine the powers that be are due to meet any day to promote you with immediate effect at the expense of say, Sunderland who are just inferior and a waste of a Premiership place. Or perhaps Wigan, who despite their results, aren't REALLY a Premiership club are they.
Everyone would just be much happier if Leeds were in their rightful place, namely in the Premiership. It should be done NOW! In just the same way, I think Leeds should have been given Everton's European spot this season, I mean, Everton, what was the point?
