Who do you think is the best manager in the league?

I've got to say that Iain Dowie seems to be an excellent manager. Not only has he turned Palace around (and he did a good job at Oldham too) but sadly they now play some decent football and he's turned Andy Johnson into the finished article.

Then again, the others are all doing quite well aren't they. Cooper looks like a vast improvement to Mike Newell and Donny have had two tremendous seasons. Over to NSC...

Much as it pains me to say it Dowie has done a good job at Palarse. Look like they were going down and now they're in the play off final.

We can only hope his dashing good looks rub off on them as well!

Leroy Rosenior has worked wonders at Torquay, i can see him moving onto a bigger club next season - He gets my vote.

Micky Adams everytime for me!

Ask yourself the question who would you rather have as manger of Brighton (not that McGhee should go or anything stupid like that). Adams or Dowie. I'd say Adams everytime! Legend!

some of Micky's signings this season for leicester were questionable, in fact only Sir Les really performed well, the other just flopped

Nikos Dabizas tho...:shootself

They got relegated with barely a whimper and were even more useless than Leeds.

Enough said

Adams got promotion at Fulham , Brighton and Leicester. Dowie has done nothing ( yet ). Adams every time.

Dowie was my choice when Coppout left. I can see Palace going all the way to the Prem - and then next season finishing comfortably in mid-table. Then the season after that they build on their success and qualify for Europe (perhaps by winning the FA Cup), then it's the Champions' League, then ...... quick, somebody, give me a slap, I'm hallucinating horribly.

All of them, apart from Micky Adams have performed wonders this season. Why is Adams even in the list :dunce:

I thought the poll was for "promising" manager. Curbishley, Wenger and Ferguson have all been around a while. You could argue that Micky Adams has as well.

Adams is manager of his fifth club - would you really call him 'promising'?

I voted for Rosenoir, my choice after Coppell left. I can see him going a fair way.

Adams must of had the smallest budget in the prem! (with the exception of Leeds which was a negative budget)
