That really isn't true at all. They made plenty of noise, but not as much as Leeds.

Maybe one or two songs, but it was only after the equaliser when they actually made a real effort. Not saying we were any better because after 20 mins we were terrible. Wouldn't even mention it but for all their boasts about how much noise they make win/lose or draw, it just never materialised. They sang far more at Old Trafford last night

I was at the Spurs v PAOK game last night and the Greeks put any set of British fans I've ever seen at any game to absolute shame. They were nothing short of magnificent - packed in well over half an hour before kick-off, extraordinarily loud, co-ordinated perfectly in voice and movement. Tremendous effort.

Newcastle ... a few years ago I was fortunate enough to be in Milan and got ticket to see them play Inter in Champions League ... it was frigging freezing and they must have had 8-10,000 there ... as soon as the whistle went for kick off about half of em pulled there shirts off and went the whole game topless in about -5 degrees ... never forget it

I know Manchester well and FC United fans are always looking out for each other (yes, of course there is a small element of young lunatics who give a shit about no one, but it is a very small element) fund raising events for several local and international charities and the like, but also little things for example, an FC fan will always stop his car and offer someone in the street wearing FC colours a lift (when was the last time you (or indeed me) did that when you saw someone wearing a Albion shirt?) I know everone has their own story but i've always found them decent enough. Leeds seem to be getting a lot of mentions, I was in a pub full of them and they certainly were the 'best' at singing homophobic anti Brighton songs, but hey, you gotta love Leeds(!)

They lit up the Withdean last season in the FA cup. Not a single homophobic or any anti opposition songs, sung their hearts out all game.

Why so many saying Leeds FFS? What are they the best at, being knobs?

Didn't think they were that loud at the Amex, no more than we would be with that many away fans. Obviously they take good numbers everywhere but it's the 30th biggest city in Europe. Compare to Sheffield, a slightly smaller city with two teams, and Rotherham, Barnsley and Donny on the doorstep...

I expect that most of them were local - there is a large Greek community in North London.

so what exactly is 'Puke' about them? Not singing Homophobic anti Brighton(or indeed any club) or the fact they sung there own team's name for 90 minutes? i'm keen to find out. You may well be right If so i'll change my vote to 'loveable Leeds' or Palace, i mean they made a noise, god bless em

It was aimed at our resident United fan. Good set of fans; gushing praise like that is puke worthy. Couldn't find the smiley!
