Best Eggs Benedict in Brighton/ Hove?

Why? What makes something pretentious? A muffin isn't, ham isn't and egg isn't - so why when you put a little egg yolk saucy on top is it pretentious?

Well I can't vouch for Talula's eggs benedict. However, having test-driven one of their Scottish breakfasts this very morning, I can vouch for their extreme marvellousness.

I may not now eat again til Saturday.
