I like the end of Bohemian Rhapsody coz it means the over rated pile o' shite is finished!

Agree with a few of these (esp. Creep).

Best bit that springs to mind for me is the the resounding "Derrr derrr derrr" crescendo between verse and chorus in Pink Floyds, Us and Them.

mmmmm....... anthemic.........

Guitar solo in Live Forever

Trancey chorus bit in Damaged by Plummet

Head banging bit in Bohemian Rhapsody (did anyone like that before they saw Wayne's World?)

Lager lager lager in Born Slippy

Opening to Set you Free (the thunderstorm and piano keys)

On NSC for over two decades...
Okay, a film and TV selection from me:

The long intro to the Theme from Shaft by Issac Hayes. It seems overblown but you just have to love all those guitar wicka-wickas!!

The Imperial March (Darth Vaders theme) from the Empire Strikes back soundtrack by John Williams. Just all of it.

The end of the Blake's 7 theme by Dudley Simpson - the emphatic climax followed by two moody swooshes.

The intro to the Knight Rider theme, nice thumping bass moving into the iconic electronic lead, and again more swooshing.

Falmer, soon...
I'm going to add one more.

The guitar slide (pitch bend) between the end of the 4th bar and the start of the 5th bar in the intro to The Hollies "Air that I breathe"
