I was so disappointed when I opened this thread...
The title promised so much, but the content delivered so little.
Any other who suffered the same fate may wish to cheer themselves up with this little story, once told to me by an ex-employee of Gillingham. Bellotti worked there after he left Albion, after he allegedly told Scally his political powers would help with planning permission for their stadium development. Scally allegedly offered him a position on a performance-related salary, which ended in Bellotti working for Gillingham for nearly a year and earning not so much as a bean... allegedly because he produced didly squat. Shame we didn't employ him on the same basis, he'd still be paying us back now.
Rumour also has it he reads NSC!
